The Behavioral and Management Solutions (BMS), a division of Vinsys, has been a market leader in providing management, behavioral and leadership trainings, and providing L&D solutions since 2003.

Our curriculum smoothens the acquisition of new skills, strategies and behaviors in a highly-engaging, experiential training design with intensive feedback and coaching practices.
Besides using the experiential model of delivery, our facilitators also use blended learning techniques to ensure maximum retention and application: At the end of each training module, our trainers ensure that the participants make an action plan for continuing informal learning based on the concepts imbibed during training.
Our team of designers and content producers carefully develop the program curriculum based on relevant theories and research. We follow a strong instructional design approach that makes the learning process engaging, sustainable and easily applicable at workplaces. Our subject matter experts work in close collaboration to incorporate client-specific knowledge into our modules.
