Certified Scrum Master | Agile Scrum Courses

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training class is a two-day hands-on learning experience that provides a full immersion into Agile and the Scrum Framework from the ScrumMaster point of view.

The class is presented in a highly interactive and collaborative format with elements of lecture, group discussion, exercises, games, simulations, and real life examples throughout the class. 

What to expect from this training:

In all our trainings we use accelerated learning and Training from the Back of the Room techniques combined with lots of real life examples form my 10+ years of experience coaching Agile teams and transforming  organizations.

Attending this CSM – Certified Scrum Master course is a unique opportunity to go beyond theory and get engaged with the hands-on experience and real life stories of a Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Agile Leadership Educator.

Training topics:

The content of this training is updated to the new 2017 official Learning Objectives from the Scrum Alliance. The following topics are covered:

• Understanding Lean, Agile, and Scrum
• Agile Facilitation fundamentals
• Agile Coaching competences
• Scrum master Service to the Development Team
• Scrum master Service to the Product Owner
• Scrum master Service to the Organization

At the end of the training you will understand the purpose, theory and practice of the Scrum framework, it’s mindset and the underlying culture. Additionally, you will fully understand your role as Scrum Master, and will be ready to apply Scrum in your organization. 

Certification

Upon completion of the class, students will be eligible to take the Certified ScrumMaster exam and become Certified ScrumMasters (CSM).

Certification

Upon completion of the class, students will be eligible to take the Certified ScrumMaster exam and become Certified ScrumMasters (CSM).

Exam

To get a passing score, you must correctly answer 24 of the 35 questions. Once passed the online test you will receive the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

Scrum Alliance CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) credit

This course also allows students to claim 14 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) toward the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) designation. 

All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team.
