Pearson VUE implements innovative electronic testing solutions
that enhance the performance, reliability and security of
professional licensing and certification programs throughout the
world. Exams are delivered through a domestic network of more than
200 company-owned and operated Pearson Professional Centers and a
global network of more than 3400 Pearson VUE Authorized Centers.
Operational centers are located in the United States, the
Netherlands, Australia, Japan, India and China. Candidates seeking
computer related certifications can take their exams at SitesPower,
a VUE (Virtual University Enterprise) authorized testing center.
Registering for an Exam. VUE offers three methods of
registration.
1) Call Center - Candidates can contact the Pearson VUE Call Center
and have a Call Center agent help them register and schedule at the
testing center of their choice.
2) Visit SitesPower (click here to view location map and
directions). We recommend you to call us on (Ph: 00971-4-335 5549)
to check seats availability. Due to high volume of exams; SitesPower
does not accept Walk-in exam booking .Please make sure plan your
exam few days early and contact SitesPower Exam Administrators for
booking procedure.
3) Visit VUE Web site (www.vue.com) to register your exams online.
You will need a sign-in name and a password (which can be obtained
on the web site).
Appearing for the Exam
1) After the exams has been registered by using one of the above
methods, check your email sent from Pearson Vue and follow the
instructions.
2) On the day of exam, please reach to the testing center 15 to 30
minutes before the exam starting time.
Exam Requirements
To be allowed into the testing room,
candidates must present 2
forms of identification, including one government issued photo
identification (proving nationality, such as a valid passport).
Both forms of identification must have candidate's signature. Please
note that SitesPower is strictly following VUE policies and
procedures and will never allow any candidate to sit in the exam if
not meeting the requirements. Please click here to see

the Embargoed countries are not allowed to register for exams unless
they provide alternative residence proof of non-embargoed country
The following are examples of valid identifications containing a
permanently affixed photograph qualify:
• passport
• driver’s license
• state/country identification card
• school ID
• military ID
• credit card
• library card
• social Security card
• any membership card
• work badge
Candidates who do not have one of these photo identifications may
create an acceptable form of identification by permanently affixing
a recent photo to a blank paper, signing the paper, and having the
signature notarized. The notary seal must overlap the photo.
Candidates are not allowed to take any material into
the testing center to assist with the exam. Necessary scrap paper
and stationery will be provided, depending on the type of exam,
which must be returned to the test center upon exam completion.
Rescheduling or Canceling an Exam
1) Exams that have been scheduled through SitesPower may
be cancelled or rescheduled by phone (00971-4-335 5549) or in person
48 hours before the due time.
2) Exams that have been scheduled through the VUE web site or
Call Center may be cancelled or rescheduled by signing in to the VUE
Web site (www.vue.com) and selecting "Cancel an Exam" from the
navigation menu. A VUE username and password are needed for such
changes. In case of assistance candidate must call the VUE
call center agent.
After the exam
• A report is printed upon exam completion, showing score and
pass/fail indication.
• Upon passing an exam, the certification is mailed to
candidate from the exam vendor (Microsoft, CIW... etc.) within
approximately 4 weeks.

certifications can take their exams at SitesPower, a Prometric
authorized testing center.
Registering for an Exam: Prometric offers three methods of
